Order a print and we set aside a tenth of what we actually make on it, then hand it back as credits. Bigger pieces give back more, because there is more to give back. Nothing is added to the price to fund it — it comes out of the margin.

Frequently asked questions

For most regular customers, yes. The same money buys you more credits on a subscription than in a one-off pack, and it tops you up automatically each month or year. Annual plans save the most; monthly plans give you the same credits and benefits with the freedom to stop any time.

A picture costs 6 credits at the standard quality, or 19 at the highest. Background removal is 10 credits, a print upscale is 5. So the 1,200 pack is 200 pictures, or a mix of the three.

Start with the free 100 credits — sixteen pictures, enough to see whether the style suits your pet. Starter covers a couple of gifts a month; Creator is for people who want to try a few directions before committing.

Order any print and we hand back a tenth of what we make on it as credits — roughly 85 on a sticker sheet, 164 on a t-shirt, over 1,100 on framed wall art. They arrive once the return window closes and are good for 90 days. If you refund the order before spending them they are simply withdrawn.

Plan credits do not roll over — whatever is left when your billing cycle ends is cleared, and a fresh batch lands as soon as the next payment goes through. Credits bought as a one-off pack never expire. Credits earned from an order last 90 days. Your account page shows every batch and the day it clears.

Yes. Cancel from your account and your plan runs to the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not charge a cancellation fee.

They stay in your generation history and stay yours. Cancelling a plan does not remove past work, and you can still order prints of anything you have already approved.

Prints are covered by our Refund Policy — if an item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund it. Subscription payments and credit purchases are not refundable, and credits you have already spent are not restored. If a portrait does not come out right, we re-run it free — just ask.
