DMCA & Copyright Policy

Last updated August 1, 2026

Ruff & Royal respects the intellectual-property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. This DMCA & Copyright Policy explains how to report content on our Service that you believe infringes your copyright, and how we respond. It follows the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). Ruff & Royal is operated by SKYDOME DIGITAL TRADING TECHNOLOGY LLC.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act for one, and believe content on our Service infringes your work, you may send a written notice to our designated agent. To be effective, your notice must include: (1) your physical or electronic signature; (2) identification of the copyrighted work you claim is infringed; (3) identification of the infringing material and enough information for us to locate it, such as a product URL or image; (4) your contact information; (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law; and (6) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Designated DMCA Agent

Send DMCA notices to our designated agent: SKYDOME DIGITAL TRADING TECHNOLOGY LLC, Attn: DMCA Agent, 30 N Gould St Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA — email support@ruffandroyal.com. Please use this contact for copyright notices only; other inquiries sent here may not receive a response.

Our Response & Takedown

When we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the reported content and, where appropriate, notify the user who posted it. We may cancel any related orders. We reserve the right to remove content we believe is infringing even before receiving a formal notice.

Counter-Notification

If your content was removed and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our agent that includes: your signature; identification of the removed content and where it appeared; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief it was removed by mistake; your contact information; and your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your district (or, if you are outside the U.S., any district where we may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the complaining party.

Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misuse of This Process

Under the DMCA, you may be liable for damages — including costs and attorneys' fees — if you knowingly misrepresent that material is infringing or was removed by mistake. Please make sure your claim is valid before you submit it.
