Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') sets the rules for what you may upload, generate, and order through Ruff & Royal. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of our design tools, AI image generation, and products. Ruff & Royal is operated by SKYDOME DIGITAL TRADING TECHNOLOGY LLC.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for everything you upload, generate, and order. Before you submit content, make sure you have the right to use it and that it complies with this policy, our Terms of Service, and the law. Our print-on-demand partners also screen orders and may reject content independently of us.

Content You May Not Upload or Generate

You may not use the Service to create, upload, or order content that: infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property rights (for example, brand logos, or copyrighted characters and artwork you do not own); uses a real person's name, image, or likeness — including celebrities — without permission; is defamatory, harassing, or invades someone's privacy; is hateful or promotes violence or discrimination against people based on protected characteristics; is sexually explicit or exploits or endangers minors in any way; promotes illegal activity, self-harm, or dangerous acts; or is deceptive, fraudulent, or impersonates another person or brand.

Prohibited Uses of the Service

You may not attempt to bypass generation limits, membership gates, or watermarks; use bots, scraping, or automated tools to abuse the Service; resell or redistribute access to the Service; reverse-engineer or interfere with our systems or security; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

AI-Specific Rules

You may not use our AI features to intentionally create misleading deepfakes of real people, content designed to deceive, or material that violates the usage policies of the underlying AI models. You are responsible for the prompts you enter and the images they produce.

Content Moderation & Enforcement

We may review, filter, refuse, remove, or cancel any content or order, and we may limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate this policy, with or without notice. We may also report unlawful content to the appropriate authorities. We are not obligated to monitor content, but we may do so.
